Month since i ordered, but still no line

After having problems at our new property with reception from MTN, we decided maybe that the best option would be to get ADSL. After looking around for the best deal I decided to go for Telkom. They were advertising some exciting new deals on ADSL everywhere. So i assumed that they got there act together and i gave them a chance. The whole ordering process went smooth. But then came the delivering part. What a mess!!! I received an sms scheduling an appointment for installation. The technician came out and said that there is a problem with a connection in one of the neighbor's yard and that he will need to get access before coming back to complete the installation. After that there was no contact from Telkom again.

I called in 4 times each time getting a new date on when the technician will come. Each time i had to arrange for someone to be at my premises for the technician to have access. Each date came and gone but no technician. Every time i get apologized to and then get rescheduled but no internet. I am very disappointed in the way i have been treated so far. I am not even a customer yet but i am getting messed around already.
