Incompetent staff affecting MY business

On Saturday 11 Jan I requested that Niyaaz port my MTN number to my Cell C contract.By Monday it had not yet been done. It turned out Niyaaz didn't even know how to request a porting of a Corporate contract number. He apparently fixed the mistake on Tuesday. Well it is Friday now and I don't have my number yet. This is my main business line and I am now losing money because of incompetent staff members. I wish this affected their salary the way it is affecting mine!!! I am without a number and who knows when I'll get my regular number back. If Cell C is not geared for the corporate market, they should make that clear and I would have not started moving my contracts over.
