Converting my data contract to a voice contract

When 8ta promoted the 10Gig data contract I bought into it in July 2010, as all contracts this was a contract for 24months which then lapsed thereafter I was on a month on month contract, as per most mobile data providers. They decided discontinue the product and had no decency to inform me, i then realized as I wanted to use my data that I was converted to a voice contract that I never asked for and nobody ever called me to offer me this option. They just took my money for a service I never requested. I have been calling them since the 22 Dec 2013 to understand if I can get my money back or get my data option back, no one has resolved this until today. They are happy to take my money but not provide me with a service that I bought. I have spoken to the following people Lungi Ngcobo, Montey Meyers, Tshepo Makgaka, Ntsiki Matlala, Sizwe Dlamini, Taryn Timm, Tumelo Bitsoane, Tyrone Naidoo. So i have been sent from pillar to post and still no resolve.
