Got a new Samsung s4 from cellc direct. The handset started to reboot itself and freezing so the staff booked it in on 26th it was then said that there are no faults on the handset we are now on the 10 th and I have been calling ever day to customer care and the repairs centre. but all they do is put the blame on some one else most customer got there handset back in 7 days here I am waiting almost 3 weeks and no one knows were my phone is.cell c direct give cellc a bad name.there are one are 2 staff members who want to help but the other don't care but I must pay R 389 per month
