Called on the 1st of January 2014 as my airtime and data just disappeared. Was told that there appeared to be a problem on my account and will be contacted once the technical people have a look. To date no feedback. Called today - 27th Jan 2014, and the lady keeps repeating what I was trying to explain to her as my data just disappeared again. I asked to speak to someone else and she hangs up on me.
I know how my phone works, I use applications but all auto-downloads have been turned off. Only whatsapp is running as messages needs to come through. I loaded 75MB last night and this morning at 6am no data bundle
