my brother bought a new Sony xperia from Mtn In River square three rivers.
the lady that helped him told him about the insurance and that you have three months to decide to take it.
he walked away there mis leaded that for 3 moths his new phone of more that R10 000.00 was insured for the three months witch was not specified to him that there was no insurance and if it got it is you problem she just told him he had 3 months to decide if he wants to take the insurance and after 2 moths he had the phone it was out of his hands and when he phoned they just told him sorry it was not insured.
It is highly unprofessional and misleading it is specified on paper also you have 3 months to decide so now he has to pay a R12 000.00 phone for another 2 years witch is unfair because no one cares now everybody just say sorry . please can someone help I mean this is a new phone an surely there must be somehow he can get a new phone or something? please help
