A day after getting angrier than I had been in years due to a few managers at Vodacom, I got a call from Moeneba, due to the scathing survey response I left. Well done and thank you M:) You listened with great care, GOT what I was saying, did your investigation, kept me updated throughout the process, and agreed with the logic you were presented with. You were the first:) I also appreciate whoever your management was that reviewed the case and came to the same conclusion. I am very happy with the outcome and hope you are used as a shining example of how to treat a customer and their issue.
