Went to 8ta branch in phoenix to send my phone for repairs and to query why my account was being debited double the amount of the contract that I took only to be told my contract had been cancelled... furious as to how that was possible cos my account was still being debited every month the assistant reassured me that he will sort the problem out and get back to me two weeks passed and I went back to see if he made any progress only to be told he will have To reinstate my contract and 8ta will have to refund the amount debited from account and he will get someone to contact me as I now had to do a new contract with them. Its been six weeks and I'm still waitin for someone to contact me I'm now probably gona have to take legal action against 8ta really really dissapointing service. Mr rodrick naidoo
