Requested to migrate current open line to top up, details given to Charlie, after explaining, he refers me to a store, after asking process or procedure, he could not explain, gave all the incorrect details and when asked to be transferred to an alternative agent rudely stated that he knows best then places me on hold for over 10 min whereafter call was cancelled. My experience with mtn thus far has been terrible and thankfully I am within my cooling off period which gives me the opportunity to cancel. I've been with vodacom for over 10 years and had no problems but recently changed over to Mtn due to my husbands request to have one service provider for our household... bad decision... it's sad that such people are employed to represent your brand MTN.
