Limit Increase without permission

Autopage has managed to up once again. No surprise there. After a blow out with them over suspending my line when no monies were due from my side, they have decided to once again prove that they are the best competitor for 'Worst and most inconveniencing service provider of the year'

A request was put through on my account on 31st December to increase my limit from R394.11 to R1951.00. My salary certainly did not increase by 600% in the last 2 weeks, so I cannot see how you can increase my limit.

The call centre say I requested this increase. I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT! Because I KNOW I cannot afford that much. If I request an increase from a credit card company, they are REQUIRED by the NCA to request my income and expenses before granting such an increase.

Autopage clearly feels they are above the law and can do as they please.

I am so sick of dealing with this incompetent service provider, I want OUT of my contract and I want you to make this happen without me having to incur tons of debt to do so. I am NOT sticking around for another 20 months to deal with this pathetic excuse for an institution.

CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND TAKE THE PHONE BACK!
