I dont know how else to resolve my long outstanding query since March 2013. I have tried several times by calling the call centre, sending emails and the like, and despite being issued with several reference numbers, nothing has been done. At my office, despite it showing full signal and full 3G, I battle to make calls or download data. I first reported this in March, and sent in network coverage forms. I was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours and never did. I once again demanded this was resolved last week, and despite being told someone would get back to me in 48 hours, no one did. My reference numbers are 3070302918 and 1302270000080151. Is this how you treat your customers?? Maybe you have the cheapest calling rates, but certainly the worst network and customer service. I never experienced this when I was previously with Vodacom and MTN.
