Unbelievably disspointing customer service

After receiving a call from the Vodacom upgrade department, I agreed to an upgrade to the I-Phone 5s. I clearly stated that I was scheduled to travel abroad within the next few days and needed to delivery the next day. She then confirmed that the RED customers receive a next day delivery. Not being office bound I had to sit in one location for the day and wait for the phone. Half way through the day I called to make sure the parcel was on the way to be told that Vodacom did not have stock and that the parcel would be delivered the following Monday - which was not possible as I would be out of the country. I then embarked on a journey of passing the buck, extensive holding, call transfers, empty promises and no results. I was on the phone for more than 6 hours in total over 22 phone calls. I was then promised that it would be delivered the next day (sat) so I waited at home but again the promises were broken. The Next Day Delivery T&C's sate (in point 11) that if the service is not successful that a month would be credited - I then asked Vod to credit my account which none of the agents knew anything about. I also cancelled my data bundle which I was charged for. not ok.
