MOST PATHETIC SERVICE

ON 12/12/13 I REPORTED MY SERVICE WAS DOWN. UP TILL NOW NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. ON 2/01/14 THERE WAS A FEMALE TECHNICIAN AT MY HOUSE, BUT SHE DIDN'T SEEM IN THE MOOD TO WORK. SHE WAS STANDING ON MY STOEP, LOOKED AT THE POLE THAT WAS QUITE A DISTANCE FROM WHERE SHE WAS STANDING, AND SIMPLY SAID SHE THINKS THAT THE PROBLEM IS THERE. SHE WENT TO HER VEHICLE AND WE HAVEN'T SEEN HER SINCE. EVERY TIME WE WERE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON, THE REPLY WAS WE HAVE A SHORTAGE OF TECHNICIANS, OR THEY ALL HAVE A "" ATTITUDE AS IF THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR. BUT WHEN THE TIME COMES TO PAY YOUR ACCOUNT, THERE IS ABSOLUTE NO MERCY. NEVER EVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE. NO SUPERVISOR ARE AVAILABLE, NOR MANAGERS, THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE!! TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO USE TELKOM, THINK TWICE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DON'T COME BACK TO YOU, THEY DON'T REPAIR AND THEY DON'T CARE. PAY EXTRA AND USE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
