Need Responce regarding pickup

Please escalate pickup on wrong item delivered as advised I will be away on holiday, as discussed 3 December. Contract must be cancelled and reverted back to original status as arranged with yourselves.
I cannot get through as lines are dropped.
Please advise before hand so I can be available for the pickup.
