My DSTV ran most of 15 December without communication between primary and secondary decoder. Called DSTV on evening of 15 December to reset which was done through the call centre. On morning of 16 December system had reverted back to no communication between decoders. Called DSTV at 7am and waited 15 minutes for an operator, but no pickup so I dropped the call. Called again on 16 December at 12:10pm, once again no operator pick up and call dropped. DSTV should refund the days subscription as I have run 2 days without decoder functioning.
