Great service from 1 person - cell c terrible

On the 14th! of Jan i ordered a sim card for my ipad. on the 24th i called as i had heard nothing and was told it was cancelled! no one called me to say why etc i had to call. i was told they called HR and was told i dont work there. i called my HR and there are only 2 ppl there and they confirmed they hadnt spoken to anyone, so i dont know who cell c spoke to! i thehn asked a team leader to call me and no one did! i then called again! and spoke to Kabelo Maponya - the greatest thing that ever happened to your company. he went out of his way to make sure i had his email address so i could get hold of him and he arranged for it to be re-ordered. he has been emailing me daily to wish me a wonderful day and just to let me know the progress. i still havent received it however he said it would be soon. the fact that it got to this point is ridiculous! i was phoning to cancel the contract when i got through to Kabelo. Cell c service shocking and feedback pathetic and i still cant believe no one called me to say what was going wrong and they were the ones who didnt even speak to the right department. Kabelo should be the manager of customer service, he is the only one doing anything there
