Wow after VERY BAD service and deciding to cancel my new account with Cell C Kabelo rescued the day. I phoned in to cancel my new application with Cell C because of previous bad service with there call center and the way they treat customers. I was put through to Kabelo who ACTUALY went MORE than the extra mile to give me BRILLIANT service. Even when I emailed him on a Sunday and I only expected him to call back Monday, but my email was hardly sent and he phoned back. Now that is what I call GREAT SERVICE!! THANK YOU KABELO FOR YOUR ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICE. Cell C can be proud to have you as an employer and I truly hope that they read this and give you the credit you deserve!!
