Did a contract transfer (sim swop) and upgrade this afternoon. Asked the consultant to not turn my BIS off until my new sim starts working, he asked me to inform him when this happens so that he can deactivate my BIS. I then later received ( -3pm) my internet bundle (150mb) which has since been eaten up by my blackberry (even though my BIS was suppose to still be working) and my new sim in my new phone has not started working yet. So not impressed!!! Should have waited the 2 months and moved from MTN. Wondering how MTN will resolve this?
