How pathetic they can be, refusing to cancel my debit order beacuse i still ow them... a BIG, BIG company like MTN ripping people of their hard earned cash like this??? After incompetent consultant all tell you different excuses. Yes my acount was suspendedi have however settled the arearrs amount that i was advise to pay by the Legal company my account was refered to. But how on earth can MTN deny my my right to terminate the contract and still expect me to pay the full value of the fone. How can one pay for a contract twice. All i wanted was my outsnding balance to settle the account and get rid of this stupid contract. i refuse to pay another R7000.00 for somehting i dont have. when you do a cellfone contract no one tells you these terms and conditions so that u know what you put yourself in.
