Losing Money and clients due to MTN

If ever MTN needed a welcome relief or a really nasty character attack it is now. Trying to port to MTN (although they have always held my account) has as far as they are concerned the same as trying to go to the moon. For more than a week my number has been between somewhere and nowhere as MTN figures out how porting works.

On Thursday I informed Khosi that if the porting did not happen immediately I would have no choice but to return the phone and stay with the other provider. I was ensured that although they were unable to port my number in 5 days they will manage in one hour. Needless to say this type of miracle is not humanly possible if one works for MTN.

BUT this morning I woke up to find Vodacom has released my number and porting did not happen. From Day one MTN was informed that this was the day that I had to have contact with my service providers and now my number is lost in CYBER SPACE.

MTN I need my number today and tomorrow. The losses I will incur due to my inability to stay in contact with clients will be significant!!! I need help NOW
