No response despite logging several calls

I upgraded my account with MTN and a week later moved into a new house where the signal is so bad, I can only get Edge on my phone and computer. calls are always dropped and sometimes people just can't get through. My gate works on my phone and I am on call every 2 weeks at the hospita where i work so it's a huge problem. I have phoned MTN coverage every 2 weeks since July and always just get told they will log a call. Finally i spoke to Ruben who was extremely helpfull and said he would log another call and I would be contacted in10 days which didn't happen. i phoned him back after 3 weeks and he then sent a mail to the person responsible and I have heard nothing. I cannot be phoning logging calls every two weeks there needs to be resolution. I bought a vodacom pay as you go and have no issues. but my data contract and phone are with MTN and I am paing for services that I can't use. logging calls is of no use as it is not fixing the problem. i want to buy some soft ware of the net but can't as i won't be able to download it, it is extremely frustrating.
