No money paid into my account

I joined mobi moola about 2/3 months back, lastweek i borrowed money from them and received a confirmation that money will be paid into my bank account shortly, to date no money was paid but the are debit orders that went off from my account to them, i called to enquire about the payment and i did not get a straight answer as to why money was not paid instead i was told to wait the money will come sometime this week but they could not confirm a date
