For the past 2 weeks we are not able to talk on our cell phones of which MTN SA is the service provider, there is a constant break-up during all calls and it is very annoying and what does it sound like if you ask a customer to repeat what he just said every 10 or 15 seconds. I did phone MTN and I was told a week ago that there is a problem with a Module at the Ninapark Tower and they are busy working to repair the problem. Am I the only customer with this problem or is MTN just ignoring this, at the end of the month we have to pay our MTN bills but there is not a decent service provided, while we have this problem we just have to pay for Service from MTN SA.The only other thing we can do is to go to another service provider but then again we have a 24 month Contract but now I have a reason to Cancel.
