MY FIANCE HAS AN CELL C CONTRACT, AND FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS HAS EXPERIENCED VERY BAD SIGNAL AND CONSTANT DROPPING OF CALLS, BEING VERY LAID BACK SHE CHANGED HANDSETS AND STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, SHE THEN LOGGED A CALL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE NEARLY A MONTH AGO REFERENCE NUMBER 1744176, TILL TODAY THERE WAS NO RESPNSE,
I CALLED TODAY AND SPOKE TO... /AYANDA MNONIYA, ...BUYISLE KHANYILE AND MANY OTHERS... LOL I WAS TOLD... IT TAKES 7 WORKING DAYS... IT TAKES 48 HOURS... AND MANY OTHER EXCUSES... WE WILL ESCULATE BLA BLA BLA, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR... SORRY MARVIN WILLIAMS IS IN A MEETING... ANAN THE BOSS U CANT SPEAK TO... I GOT EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN AND SPENT NEARLY TWO HOURS TRYING TO GET SOME SENSE OUT OF THE PROBLEM AND NON SERVICE DELIVERY .
I WAS PROMISED THE "LUCKY "THE SUPERVISOR WILL CALL ME BACK... CELL C IN JHB WOT IS GOING ON IN THE WITH YOUR SERVICE... PLEASE DONT YOUR CUSTOMERS... ONE MONTH TO NOT EVEN REPLY OR FIND OUT WOT THE PROBLEM IS, LISTEN TO YOUR STAFF MEMBER TELL ME ...'sir nothing has been done and i dont know why "i got her to repeat it a few times and also confirm we are being rec
