I applied for a 2meg line contract on the 17th Sep 2013. I asked openweb / Leon Withersall to have my line upgraded from 1meg to 2meg. He said I had to contact Telkom who rightly confirmed that the ISP is responsible for the upgrade. However Leon insisted I contact Telkom (I have this on email). After this failing and after two logins of which neither worked I cancelled on the 19th/20th (3 days later) as they were not able to provide the service they falsely advertised. They cancelled but insist that I pay R299 for the non service provided. THEY are in breach of contract and falsely advertised a service they refuse to provide. I am taking this matter further. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
