I am very very very angry....
I have been debited without consent and am now sitting with a negative balance on my account because of Vodacom. THE HANDSET HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED AND VODACOM is making this my problem.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT IT OUT
NOT MY PROBLEM YOUR WEBSITE IS NOT CONSISTENT!
I SIT WITH A HANDSET THAT IS NOT BEING USED BUT APPARENTLY IS ACTIVATED AND HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED COST.
Angry - might as well cancel my contract completely!
