On the 29th of August 2013 I signed up a contract and the staff member kept my device in the store from just after 09h00 to use the Free WIFI in store to upload/download all necessary apps to it.
on th return of my device after 14h35 exactly I collected my device as I was leaving the centre. When I arrived at home I saw a text that had been read stating my calls has been barred and a payment of R508 needs to be made before further usage. Note that the device has not been in my position. I have reported it to both the customer service and the "on duty" manager and yet nothing has been resolved. A day old contract and I am being billed for staff abusing my bill.
