I have been without my ADSL line for 10 days. I have logged faults 3 times, called the call centre no kess than 6 times, been to 2 different Telkom direct stores. 10 days later all I have is "we have escalated". This is disgusting service. If Eskom did this it would be front page news. I have threatened to change service providers (which I can in the case of Telkom unlike Eskom) and still no one gives a. Even now I will be lucky if anyone bothers to even call back. I suppose Telkom employees are all Neotel or Mweb clients hence they don't care. This will be the 2nd time I cancel my Telkom contract.
