I had a problem with one of the employees who was rude and unhelpful and it caused a great inconvenience and costed me a lot, it was unnecessary and for the sake of laziness and sometimes I wonder if not malice.
I emailed Bernard Schoeman who is the owner of all the branches, he shortly replied asking what the problem was. I emailed him back and explained the situation. A couple of days went by and I did not hear back from him regarding a resolution, so I emailed him again and asked if he has resolved something. Bernard repsonded with a few words making it clear that he was not interested. I emailed him back and asked him why he did not let me know earlier instead of ignoring me. Bernard ignored me again.
I find it shocking that the owner of every Neovision supports bad behaviour from his staff, I find it shocking that he treats customers in such a way and ignores emails which is very rude. I regret spending money at this store and suppoirting such an aweful person.
I have proof of everything I wrote now.
