Make a payment, have your line still suspended. Even if it you're trying to recover from an expensive relocation and trying to find a job where your contact number is now hard-locked is just disgusting when there's no effort on Vodacoms part to ever once and for all resolve a matter - not matter how many payments you make with the hope of just putting a matter to rest. "FINAL SETTLEMENT"is apparently not FINAL at all. Pay the settlement and have another R800 added to the R1800 agreed to. Then have the non diligent Rashieda Jattiem respond only to ask you to furnish Vodacom with details they already have! Why should i supply the account number when its quoted in the complaint with the corresponding contact number - only to have them phone a number they've disconnected. Incomprehensible. I refuse to believe that with the Consumer Protection Act and National Credit Acts that the best they can offer is 50% of the arrears amount payable upfront before they resolve any contested amounts even if its in violation of an arrangement they promised would finalise the matter.. Its just unethical to an alarming degree..
