Shocked!!! My bill was deducted for 3 times what I budgeted for this month. When I queried it, nobody is willing to rectify for me. Apparently because I upgraded on the 25th of May instead of the 21st, I didnt get my 200MB of data, R200 airtime and 175 sms's. Yesterday they said I was supposed to get above services WHICH I PAID FOR pro-rata from the 25/5 - 21/6. Now I get told that because of my upgrade date I didnt get anything for that month. First off I wasnt informed of this when upgrading, secondly if I paid why didnt I get my services pro-rata?! I then went ahead and made my usual amount of calls and sms's and used a moderate amount of data (I have a data manager on my phone to regulate myself) and got charged for every single thing which I was supposed to get as part of my package. This is completely unfair! Worst of all, the consultant can't actually tell me how much data I used in that month? How can I be billed for something if they can't see how much I actually used... I have been an MTN client for many years and paid my account each month timeously without fail and cannot believe the treatment a loyal customer gets...
