Contradicting Billing

Please see account number below.

Didn't receive billing for June.

Received billing for May. May's account was reflects payments made and confirmed.

I requested Junes statement to check that manual payments are reflecting.

June manual payment is reflecting but it now shows outstanding amounts for the May Account. Please explain why the bill was not sent to me and why there is this difference.

Billing balances were confirmed with me on 28.6 in store.by Nico Hartle

Please can you explain

1. the bill not being sent and
2. the differences.
