8ta / Telkom Mobile
Billing Chaos

Its over a year and i have been complaining all the time why am i billed twice
the call center can explain why i receive the second bill what the amount is for or how it has been acrued
i will send them my banking statement but nothing changes they just continue deducting money from my account
can someone really explain what is happening as im now beginning to think that there are some criminal elements taking place
