Following a complaint I logged with MTN of poor 3G signal in my house an assessment was made in May 2013 that I would require and qualify for installation of a booster antenna at no expense to myself. Within the same month I completed an application form for the same and submitted it but since then it has just been quiet with regards implementation. I have made several calls to follow up but no one is giving me any answers as to what is happening. I have requested for this to be escalated to a higher level but still no explanation or follow up. I am currently stuck with a 3G data contract that I am struggling to utilise because of poor 3G coverage and I am making monthly subscription payments without effective use of the facility.
