AND WHERE IS THIS APPARENT CREDIT???

So Fabian October last month tells me Vodacom will give me a credit due to their ridiculous high prices on my data bills WHICH WILL SHOW IN OCTOBER AS IT TAKES 14 DAYS FOR THIS CREDIT TO BE PROCESSED.

Got my Oct statement yesterday and guess what NO CREDIT!!! Great to see Vodakak makes empty promises just motivates me more to switch to MTN and tell all my friends and family to do the same!

Sent my statement to the data mail WITH THE RELEVANT REF NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT I can see its been read but low and behold NO RESPONSE!

So much for your service delivery if any.

Luckily I didn't bargain on this as it seems empty promises and feeding their customers is the way Vodacom rolls.
