Useless acounts department

For the last 4 months there has been a problem on my account. I have been to the Vanderbijl and Vereeniging branches numerous times and my service has been suspende a few times because of a credit controller either not doing his job or being incapable of doing his job. The people at the branches did an account recon with me and detirmened that a credit had to be passed and maild it to the credit department but nothing happened. Now I have decided not to make any futher payment untill this issu is rectified and all the extra charges and double payment get allocated on my account. I have now been informed thatthe branches cannot assist me and I have to phone the cust care line. The number puts you on hold and eventually they just cut you off.
