8ta hung up on me!

Whats your problem 8ta connect? If you dont like your customers, then dont offer us services especially if you do not intend to fulfill them.

My 8ta 3g internet connects to a Turbine's server fine in the mornig but in the evening till the nxt morning. The Turbine support staff suggested I should contact my ISP and discuss the use of proxies after checking up on the nature of the connection to Turbine's servers. After telling the representative what Turbine support staff said to me, the representative said "im sorry we cannot do that" hangs up! Who the are you to deny me the service I paid for? I wasnt even answered WHY NOT or WHATS WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE. you are the of our country's ISP's. Maybe MTN may appreciate R500 per month more than you unprofessional bad apples.

By the way, the representative mumbled his name and fumbled his first "fake greeting line". Good job 8ta
