Sick and tired of being too

Im sick and tired of Telkom's... i installed a 2mb uncapped line and realized i needed to upgrade it i then foned Telkom and asked them to do it for me which was somewhere in the middle of the month they then advised me to rather change it at the end of the month so i do not get billed for it at the end of the month, i then waited till the end of the month to change it, when i spoke to a representative i continually asked if it will reflect when i get my statement and i was assured it would not. but when i got my bill they had added it to my account and when i foned them to find out whats going on all they say is sorry there is nothing we can do!!! now my account is R1700 that i cant afford because of there mistakes. im in the right mood to contact my lawyer if i do not get any progress on this site and yes this is a threat remove the amount and add it to my next account or i will sue you so hard that you will only be a memory of an ISP in this country. i dont want a fone call i dont want to hear from you i want my statement before i pay my account with the bill removed or the next contact you receive will be from my lawyer.
