On the 16th of April 2013 the Cell C store N1 City requested a termination of my contract to there head office as i asked for this. On the 17 April 2013 TPHD sends an email back to say that the cancellation has been processed and my number will be on prepaid from the 30/04/2013. The store also sends me to say that my contract will be terminated on the 30/04/2013 meaning that no deductions will take place due to my sim being on prepaid now. On the 25/05/2013 Cell C deducted again and since then i have been struggling and its been a month now they owe me R145 which was deducted i mean its so little why just not pay it back into my account and explain to me why in the first place it was deducted when the contract was cancelled 3rd of June i emailed him no response i phoned them but nothing from them to tell me whats going on and its the end of the month again so what now will they deduct now again or will they refund me.
