I received a call from telkom offering me a free service for 3 months, after the second month I get an account for R1000.00, Whitch I go and query and they tel me via their customer service line witch is the only way you can contact them, because the brance people is not equiped to assist you, that the account was fixed, the next month I receive an account for R 2000.00 I go back to them to query this account and again thei tell me it will be fixed, I then dicide to cancel the account via there customer service and they convirmed the account closed, but I still had to pay them R 374.20 for a free service, which I did and next I receive a invoixe for R 733.95 overdue after talking to their legal repersentitive apparently everything is not for free and I was liable for the account wihich was sold on the phone as free and because I did not keep my referance numbers because according to me the matter was settled I had no proof and therfore no case and had proof, so please if Telkom offer you something via phone get a referance number ask them to send you the documentation because they do not givel you all the conditions over the phone
