I most disgusted with the service I have received from MTN Canal Walk Service centre. Firstly I sent my phone in for repairs, this was in November last year. The phone was marked incorrectly and could not be located. I only received the phone back on 25 Jan. This inefficient service has cost me numerous phone calls, driving up and down, wasting fuel. Surely this is not the standard of service I can expect from MTN? a service provider I have been using for years. I have been promised that a credit will be passed on my account as goodwill and to date nothing has happened. No one gets back to me to advise what`s happening. I have been a loyal customer with no bad record, no late payment and I am most upset with the manner in which my complaint was dealt with.
I have also logged a complain on the MTN sight a week ago and still nobody has contacted me
