I really am shocked, I ordered a new line and it was installed on the 31st January 2013 great it was done in record time no issues, Now I get a bill and im billed over R1200 for what should have just been a ADSL line rental as my ISP is Mweb who manages the rest, I called Telkom accounts department and the lady could not even see my bill on the system, I only asked for a ADSL line not even using the calling plan and I did not ask for that I want this refunded or I will not pay it!!! I was quoted line rental only I was not even told about instillation charges but fair enough I accept the instillation charges but will not accept the calling plan I never asked fot it nor was I told about it!
