Reconnection of TopTV Services

Around April last year, I moved into my new home, with that I had my TopTV services transferred. From the recommended list of service providers, I contacted Imraam (Aplex Services) to disconnect (old location) and reinstall (new location) my Top Tv. This disconnection happened and then at the new location, the wiring was done, the dish was erected, but he could not connect my service until I had unsuspended my services with TopTV. This was done and in June I contacted Imraan again to complete the job he started and was fully paid for, upfront. I have made numerous calls and left messages with him to arrange that he complete the job. With the last 3 calls, and even prior, I've left my address details with the understanding that he was deploying one of his technicians. Todate, I'm still waiting.
