Whenever I enter a Sunday Times competition by SMS I get a "failed by service`' response. I complained about this a week or two ago, and was told to reboot, which I did, but it made no difference. Today I tried again, and got the same response, I re-booted and tried once more, getting the same result--"failed by service" these faulty SMS's are charged I suppose through no fault of mine. I then tried a competition in a magazine, and the SMS was apparently delivered. What has 8ta got against the Sunday Times? Also when I dial 180. the query number I get the response "your service is in a suspended state". it isn't ever, because the bill is paid automatically by credit card!
