When I signed up for a subscription with the Sunday Times, it came with a daily delivery of the Times and all was good. So I thought! What they failed to mention was that I would only get the Times delivered on Mondays and nothing for the rest of the week. I have complained countless times about this and at the most I would get a delivery for two or three days and then back to square one again, until the next complaint. What kind of service is this?!
