Took my phone in for repairs in November. On Saturday at around 13:30 a lady from Mtn smartphone plus phoned me to say that both phones are beyond economical repair and I must go to an mtnbstore to get replacement phones. I went to the mtn store and the consultants told me I can't get phones without any proof. On monday morning I phoned mtn smartphone plus to ask what's happening the lady told me that the phones are fine and waiting for mtn to authorise for them to be despatched only after I paid access money. I was getting confused as the phones were still under warranty. I asked her why did the other lady phoned me? She said she was confused herself and she will have to call mtn and she will call me back. She didn't call me and I called and she said she was about to call. She said the Blackberry is fine is awaiting despatch and authorisation from mtn and the s4 they are still waiting for parts from Samsung? It is now over a month and the phones are not repaire. I tried to call mtn insurance which is useless I holded for over an hour with no reply. All I want is my phones, please give me the correct story. Are the phones gonna be replaced or what?
