Poor customer service

I am being billed for things on my upgrade that I was not informed of. I have tried resolving the matter with Vodacom Cresta and your customer service helpline, but with no success. My enquiry has been unresolved now for nearly 2 months. I find this unexceptable. I also find it unacceptable that I need to explain a rather big enquiry over and over and over again. Vodacom are not being honest with their customers regarding early upgrades and have very limited information available. They also took away all my minutes of which a portion should have carried over from my previous contract, they keep billing me for previous VAS and never activated my new VAS. Although the consultant admitted to the fact that he did NOT share all the information with me, in front of his manager, I am still faced with an attitude of "well, it's your problem, you should have asked". I find your service shocking and totally unacceptable, my enquiry is simply being brushed off as nothing. I want my account sorted out before the end of this month. I am very disappointed in your service, and believe me, I will keep this in mind when I do my second handset upgrade soon.
