My 2 lines at auto-page was suspended in October 2012 for non payment. In the meantime my account is now paid in full and is up to date. When i phoned auto-page credit control to reinstate my service I was told that I must now pay a 3 month holding deposit that i haven't got.
My complaint is that when you pay your account on the one line I should get R135 of airtime a month and on the other line i am suppose to get 2GiG of data. Since October I have to pay my accounts and because the lines are still not connected I am not getting what i pay for.
