I am so relieved that one can still find people who give such wonderful customer service as Francina Mahlaba.
She was so professional and gave excellent service. The first time I called this morning I spoke to a guy named Habbino... he said sorry, I can't help you and hung up the phone in my ear.
Francina went the extra mile, she called my husband to do a security check and she was extremely well spoken, thorough and able to sort out my query there and then!
You should give her a promotion and bonus, she is a star!
