Since the beginning of December, I have been reporting faults on my line that need attention. I have had numerous logs, only to have no service. I then upgraded my line to a 10meg line. I am not getting the speed I am paying for. I have requested a technician come out to check my line and box. Still a no show. I see 2 vans with technicians on the corner doing nothing. I approach them to query what I can do and what I get from them is a sort of "its not my problem, go to the branch and they will help you sort it out"
Is this how Telkom help its customers? I am getting fed up with this, and if I don't get any support within the close of this week, I am cancelling this service and will go somewhere else where I am welcomed with support.
